Black and White Wedding

I have been going on and on about spring colors this week but I found something that got me out of my spring mode for a little while.

I love this Black and White Wedding that I came across.

Isn’t this a great black and white candy bar!!!

Get FIRED up!

Get FIRED up with a Firetruck Theme birthday party.  I had a request for some ideas for a 3 year old boy firetruck party.

Get started with a colorful fire truck invitation.  Decorate with a red, white and black theme.  When the kids arrive, greet them with their own Fire Hats to wear.  The kids will love some fun games like the Firefighter game or the kids will be very excited to have a visit from the local fire department.  Many times the fire department will let the children tour the truck and take pictures.  If you are serving lunch or dinner, a tasty recipe to serve is Firehouse Chili for the adults and hot dogs for the kids.  For dessert, serve a firetruck cake or there are always some cute cupcakes that you can make too.  Send your guests home with fun favors like the fire hydrant cup.

Chalkboard entertaining

I love using chalk and chalkboards for so many things.  I saw some new ideas that I had to share.

These are great chargers to use in so many ways.  I love how it is displayed to mark your wine selection.

Here is a Dollar Day creation found at Maddycakes Muse that I just love!

She also featured a great chalkboard wine glass.

Slate Boards are a great way to display food for a party.

Here is a colorful chalkboard display.

Here is a great place mat to use for a kids party or as an activity for the kids at a holiday party.
