Today I am enjoying the day with my kids! We had green eggs for breakfast, made delicious mint brownies and had a leprachaun scavenger hunt.
We used the Dark Chocolate Mint Brownies from Bakerella to make for a party. We couldn’t find any green mint chips so we used the Andes mint chips which still had a touch of green in them.
