I am a HUGE chocolate lover so of course I love the idea of a Truffle Bar!
This truffle bar consisted of four toppings – cocoa, confectioners sugar, crushed hazelnuts and coconut. Of course you can pick a variety of different toppings depending on the crowd you are serving. Set the truffles out and then let the guests roll their truffle in their choice of toppings.
