My name is Shelley and I absolutely love a great party!  I also LOVE all holidays.  To me a party is not just about the “stuff” but it is about creating memories.  I love to know that after a party, people will remember the fun that they had and have many memories to remember.  Planning parties for my family and friends is so special because it is a way to create special memories for them and to show them how much I care for them.
