Girl’s Camping Birthday Party

Most kids love the outdoors, so what would be better than a fun camping party!

Tracie, from tsj photography, designed this party for her daughters.  The adorable invites were created by Nellie Design,

Look at this huge Camp Banner that welcomed everyone into the camp.

There were many signs along the driveway to greet the guests.

What a great dessert table!

I love that in lieu of gifts, the girls asked for books they’ll be donating to their school library.

The cakes are adorable!!!

The girls received personalized camping chairs and blankets  to keep them warm on their campout!

They had  popcorn for their outdoor movie theater!

What a wonderful party with so many personal elements to make it special for everyone!

Easy Spring Flower Banner

Here is a great idea that you could use for a children’s party, a spring celebration or even just a fun craft for the kids.

here’s what you’ll need:
-some string or yarn
-straws cut into peices (about 1 inch long)
-contruction paper or scrapbook paper for your flowers, flower centers & leaves
-markers, crayons or pencil crayons to decorate your flower pieces
-a hole punch to punch holes in the center of all your flower pieces
here’s what to do:
-cut out some flowers, circles & leaves in varying colors from cardstock/construction paper
-decorate your flower pieces any way you choose using markers, crayons or pencil crayons
-cut up your straws into approximately 1 inch long pieces
-start stringing your flower peices & straw beads onto your string
-when you`re done tie the ends of the string together and you`re done
