Rustic Champagne Bar

This beautiful champagne bar was created for The Lane by Green & Bloom with photography by Terri Hanlon Photography.   This would be wonderful for a fall rustic outdoor wedding!  Some of the great decor includes vintage curtains and lace, tin buckets and tasty breads and cheeses.  I love the vintage wine glasses containing a sprig of lemongrass and apple for the guests to use with the Wild Hibiscus and Lychee Champagne

What a wonderful table!!!

School Themed Wedding

With everyone getting ready for school right now, I had to share this wonderful school themed wedding featured on Snippet and Ink.  The bride and groom met in elementary school so they decided to use incorporate that into a school theme for their wedding.

Apples were a colorful and fun way to decorate using this school theme.

The guests were asked to leave “love notes” on school lined paper for the bride and groom.

One of my favorite elements from this wedding was what they used in lieu of seating cards.  Guests names were printed on little tags attached to a classic yellow No. 2 pencil. The tables were numbered by grade (“1st Grade,” “2nd Grade,” etc.).

The desserts for the guests to take as favors were designed like a school bake sale.  How clever!

You can find more details and the vendor list at Snippet and Ink here.

Wedding Guest Book Ideas

Wedding guests books are not just typical books anymore.  There are many other creative ways to incorporate guest book ideas into your wedding now.

Here is a guest book letter from Style Me Pretty.
I love this idea for a photo guest book with an instant camera found from The Sweetest Occasion.
My brother and his fiance just had an adorable picture book made similar to this one to use as a guest book at their wedding.  It is such a great way to share special pictures with everyone on your special day.
Here is a unique way of remembering the guests at your wedding that I found on Etsy. This guest book fingerprint tree can become a lovely keepsake to hang on your wall instead of just some book that sits in a box in your attic.
Wine lovers will love this wine cork guest book.  Collect your wine corks while your engaged and use them as a keepsake for your wedding.
It is always great to see couples create their wedding to their own unique style!
